Rebecca Masterson is an Arizona attorney, entrepreneur, and founder of The Proper Form, a company dedicated to making legal processes more accessible through clear, practical education.
The Proper Form launched with a DIY Arizona guardianship course, inspired not only by Rebecca's legal experience, but by her personal experience as the mother of a young man with autism.
When her son approached adulthood, Rebecca expected the guardianship process to be straightforward. Instead, she found a maze of forms, confusing instructions, and very little practical guidance. Despite being an attorney, she was searching for the same thing every parent needs: a clear roadmap.
When she couldn't find one, she created it.
Today, Rebecca helps Arizona families navigate guardianship through practical, step-by-step guidance designed to make an important legal transition easier to understand and complete with confidence.
