REBECCA MASTERSON

For over 25 years, Rebecca has helped people navigate legal and practical challenges.

Becca began her legal career at Phoenix’s busiest trial firm, handling a wide range of litigation matters in state and federal courts. She tried and won jury cases, gained recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, and developed a practical and strategic approach to resolving legal issues.

After a decade in law, Becca leaned into her entrepreneurial and creative side and opened a home boutique in Central Phoenix. Her approachable style and eye for design quickly made her a local favorite. The shop was named Best Home Décor Store by Phoenix Magazine, featured in Phoenix Home & Garden, and included in the New Times Best of Phoenix list. Along the way, she also began helping fellow small business owners with legal and business advice.

Following the adoption of her youngest son, Becca poured her legal skills into learning the state, educational, and medical systems available to support her son's disabilities. Word spread, other families began reaching out, and Becca started helping parents navigate these complicated systems. She provided IEP and education support, advocacy for state services, group and individual trainings, and practical, compassionate guidance for families like hers.

Her knack for problem solving and commitment to helping others led to her role as Chief Counsel for a national nonprofit focused on foster care reform. There, Becca authored two dozen bills that were enacted into law, and helped shape national policy. Her work earned her recognition as a Leader of the Year in Public Policy and a Women Leader of the Year by the Arizona Capitol Times. She was also hand-picked to develop policies for the country’s first residential trade school dorm for at-risk youth.

Now, through Masterson Firm, Becca brings her diverse experience together to serve clients who need legal guidance, advocacy, or advice.
